Yes. We can customize any design for you! At no extra cost too! Just contact us with the details and we will send you a sample for approval!

No! If you don't see something listed in our store, please e-mail us with what you're looking for. We have many more items that are not listed. Our inventory is quite vast that if we have everything listed in our store online that's in our inventory, we'd be adding them for years! Just send us an email with what you're looking for and we will add it to our store just for you!

Shipping: We ship via USPS, and shipping is done Monday - Friday Only. If you do not specify to add insurance, we do not add it. If your item is lost or stolen, we are not obligated to refund your money or send you a new item. So it's up to you to ask for insurance. All our shipping prices not only include actual shipping price but packaging and handling also. International shipping has gone up because we had problems with people overseas claiming they did not get their items. So now we send it via a trackable method so our customers can see that the item was sent out. This protects us as a seller and you as our customer. PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR SHIPPING PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AS POSTAL RATES INCREASE.

We can IF you pay via personal check only. If you're paying via PayPal, no we can not. This is their rules and regulations. It's also to protect you as the buyer and us as the seller. We can only send items to verified PayPal account addresses only.

There are no refunds given. This is because each item is made to order. This means that the item is not made until it's been purchased. This allows us to provide low prices to you, and less overhead for us. Plus, the proceeds benefit Peaceful Paws Animal Rescue. However, if there is a problem with any of your purchases, please email us before leaving feedback. Once feedback is given, the sale is considered final and no further help will be given on your purchase. Therefore please ask all questions before purchasing any of our items. So, you'd like to know about us? Well, we've been in business for well over (9) nine years. We've been selling on the internet for 7 years. We are a small family out of Michigan. We originally started the animal shelter out of our home in 1998, and now have a bigger space and more people to help! We have expanded to an animal sanctuary. Our products help to support the local animal rescue we run which takes in stray and abused animals. It gives them a home and unconditional love! We also help many find forever loving homes. More than 97% of our profits go to the animals! So know that each purchase is helping to give those animals a better home! Please check our shelter's website to see what' we're doing with your help! As of right now we do not have a tax number but are in the process of filing papers to become a tax-exempt, 501(c)3 organization.
